This is Arnold Schwarznegger's Home Workout that he referenced for the public's use while the Covid 19 Pandemic unfortunately prevented us Gym Rat's from Pumping Iron. The workouts involve exercises such as: Push Ups, Dips Between Chairs, Row Between Chairs, Sit Ups, Bent-leg Raises, Bent-Over Twists, Squats ( or Knee Bends), Calf Raises, and Chin Ups.
